What is Flow?

Flow is characterized as a state of increased awareness and connection to ourself, to other people, and to the environment around us. Dr. Lance Wright has developed a method of increasing our ability to experience this state using a specific yet gentle touch.  He calls this way of being, flow. In addition to completing chiropractic school and studying Network Spinal Analysis with some of the leaders in the field, Dr. Jonah Yakel trained with Dr. Wright in Dallas to master the science, art, and philosophy of the technique know as flow.

Flow helps the body release tension caused from past and current stressors allowing greater health, harmony and well-being at a physical, mental, and emotional level.  What makes this approach unique is the direct communication that occurs neurologically.  As the body releases stress, it moves from a state of survival (sympathetic nervous system) to a state of healing and growth (parasympathetic nervous system). When this occurs, one's potential for healing is unlimited. Often, two to five touches, made in less than 5 minutes can bring substantial changes.

When one is in a state of flow, the mind and body are in a state of healing and growth.
